I've got a big scramble myself. Have wheeled mine since last march, not doing much to it but definitely needs gone through. Tires are looking a bit shabby, but gotta work with them. Hoping to get it looked over and ready Sunday and loaded on the trailer, have little time though the week. Should be starting a new job in a week or so. Plan for me is to come out late Friday or early Saturday morning. Gonna rough it and not deal with the camper.

If you want a second set of eyes, give me a call.

I'm probably the last one to listen to about cage building since my has 4million feet of tubing lol.
I would tie the top of the shock hoop to the cage, if you hadn't planned too. And then do some tube at 45 degree angles from the top tube to the b pillar. Seems a bit open, but definitely understand trying to make the tank removal easier.
Let me know if you want some help.

I got the orbital from Billy.  It's off of a forklift, Dan Foss OSPR ON 200.
I'm using the same single ended ram I have always had TG 2x8.

I put heims on the tie rod and it's make out of 1 3/4 .25 wall I believe.

Mine will do like yours sometimes and just not turn when my tires are jammed.  I'm OK with that and I don't force it so I don't break anything.

I'm sure I'll run mine till it needs replaced or won't work, then maybe go to a larger bore like PSC says I need. I'm like you, it's a hella lot better than what it was before hydro.

That's not bad, considering how they hold up. Might have to look into that when it's time to finish the rear end of my rig. I want to have something a bit larger than I currently have.

What kind of orbital is that? What's the size of your ram? I think my problem with mine is the diameter of it being maybe too small. I have the PSC pump also.

Havn't really priced any of these out, I've seen the Yeti coolers, but they are way to rich for me. How do these price in general Eryc?

Sounds good tony hows the truck doing
Havn't had much time to do anything to it. This year I'm going to just wheel it and try to keep away from any major projects on it. Too many other things in front of it.

I'll be there, sure sounds like a lot of train wrecks though lol!

Been  :punchballs: working on this thing to get it ready. The 60 is finally in place, frame is plated, steering is st up, shock hoops are almost done. Looking good and seeing it on wheels over the next few days. I'll post some pics up when I have a chance.
Thanks to Clint for the help on the gears (or should I say doing the work lol) and to Eryc for helping with the tires, my scrawny a** couldn't have done those myself!
