What are you doing to your vehicle today

JUST NORMAL CRAP! no pics but im doing motor mounts intake and oil sending unit... and a tune up! regular crap!

i just picked up some steel the finish my rear bumper build. some 1" and 1/2" flat plate for d-ring mounts and mounting brackets.  but i wont be able to work on it today. >:(

i replaced my front outer axle shaft cuz i broke it lol

i finally finished removing my transmission saturday, its completely out so now i just need to get some money and put her back together.  while i'm waiting i think i will be removing my front bumper and painting it yellow to match my axles.  pics to come as i work on it
just all bad luck at this point.  whatever is the worst that can happen will

i cut holes for my new 91 front clip swap to mount my hood, coughed alot then puked. then i cut and lined up my front bumper brackets, coughed and puked more. then took a nap. woke up and coughed but no puke. i guess i need more food in the guts.  :-\

Pulled my T-Stat housing and checked to see if the cooling ports r blocked from the Intake to the head. I couldnt get the wire thru so i think someone put the intake gaskets in wrong thus causing my overheating problem. Looks like exploritory surgery is called for this weekend. My Burban will be on Life Support!!! :o

drained the tranny changed the filter filled her backup. finished my roof rack completely. just needs some lights to be completely done

still trying to figure out why it is running very hot. I have had this burb for almost a year now and never has run this hot.new t-stat flushed radiator. turned ele. fans temp. all the way down. have flow in radiator. no visable leaks. maybe rad. cap is bad. going to replace that today.

I have not thought of that. But when fans are on the heat coming from them is very hot, and I can smell coolant oder. >:(

thats wierd. i was driving my rig home and it was pegged all the way. i stopped and got out. felt the hose and it was barely warm. then i got back in and reved it for a while and it went all the way down to 140. i think my sending unit is bad

im just going to throw rocks at it for a while then swear at it for a few then maybe fix it again! one of these days i will get all the oil leaks to stop!
