Well I got bored lastnight and decided today while I was at work to bob my bed tonite. I cut my stock chrome bumper off and then cut 8 inches out of the rear of the bed, then tacked my tail section back on. I still have quite a bit of welding but it's pretty close. Thanks to Tom for coming over to give me a hand! I ended up almost 16 inches shorter than it was including the bumper. I might dove the rear also but don't think I really need to.

It should be done by then. I need to stumble across a straight axle soon!

The bob on the bed is done waiting for some steel to start the boat sides and cage. I did take it out this weekend and did a little wheeling works pretty dang good even with the junk TTB front end!

I got a piece of heavy wall 6" channel steel, I welded in a receiver and some d-rings for my rear bumper tonite but before I could finish I ran out of welding wire! :punchballs: Took a few pics with the cell.

I have 80' of 1 3/4 tubing for the cage, and the 2X4" box for the rock sliders I have almost enough 2X2" box to tie the rock sliders into the frame. I found a set of axles I just need to find the money to buy them HP Dana 44 and 9" matching set with 5 on 5.5 bolt patern so I don't have to change wheels.

I havent had the money to buy the truck with the axles I need yet. I did get the head gaskets changed and the broken bolts out of the block and timing cover and got the new water pump installed and running again. Then decided to start on my rock sliders while waiting on money to fall from the sky so I could buy the axles. Here are a few crappy cell phone pitures I took while doing them.
