From 84 Jimmy to 70 AAR Cuda

well i'm not going to go over everything i have done but here is a little bit. bought this rig in july of 09. i have started the body work and paint. got most of the interior done. resealed the tcase, shackle flip and just built a roof rack. reran my exhaust. true dual flowmaster 40s

Well I put the th400 in. I changed the front seal, filter and gasket. Thats about it for the trans.for the tcase i wanted to reuse my 208 so I swapped input shafts from the 208 I got from patrick and resealed it. Other than that I put cats on it and had the piping proffessionally done.

I just recently bought some 8 lug 15" wheels for it.

Mainly been trying to save money for a new daily driver

Well Its going to be ready to wheel before next summer. For the next couple months I'm going to be pretty tight on cash so I'm going to stick to as much cutting grinding and welding as possible. Dove tailing, boat siding. fender trimming. Selling junk I wont need. the extra money i get selling parts will go towards a d60 and a dana 44 or 10 bolt front

ive herd that the 14bolt is way stronger then a dana rear from some other sites..idk.

A D60 is strong enough for what most of us are going to do. The 14 BFF is just easier and cheaper to find!
