Ditched the aluminum wheels in favor of a set of factory F150 steel wheels. Some gloss black paint to cover the surface rust, and a new pair of muds up front.

I got pretty sick & tired of spilling my drink every time I turn, and the sh** a** Ford armrests built into the seats not staying in place, so I decided to by-pass the Ford engineering, and replace it with much higher quality designs...

Dodge parts

Now if only I were smart enough to figure out how to power up the USB port inside the armrest so I could charge my cell phone.

You can always put something like this in place of any cigarette lighter too

Been along time folks. I've just been so busy with work and life, haven't really had any free time. In the last year or so since I've logged on, I made some minor but important progress. Got 3 new power window motors in and working. Lift gate had a bad latch safety override switch I had to bypass to get working. Got all new window moldings and seals to keep cockpit dry. Replaced just about every gasket and seal on the motor so no more leaks. And the most important step of all - fixed the slippin transmission. Bought a Performance Automatic stage 1 valve body and deep sump cooling fin trans pan, adjusted the shift linkage on the tranny side while valve body was out. Drives like a dream now. Transmission is almost smooth enough to earn the ultimate compliment any tranny can get, that it shifts like a Turbo Hydromatic lol.

I took the console apart, it was only a power and a ground wire going to it, so I spliced it into the cigarette lighter. Works great.

Putting my piss poor fab skills to the test. Had to make a tube rear bumper, because the factory one keeps snagged me up. Modified a 2nd factory t-case skid plate I got from the junk yard to fit under my new deeper trans pan, and cut it out for the driveshaft. And had to make some rock sliders because I keep destroying my rockers every time I go out . Sliders still need welded onto the truck, should be done before FF.
And you'll notice I put the decals on Eryc gave me awhile back, so finally representing.

Of course, safety is goal 1, so wired in a CB, and  cell phone antenna and signal booster. I highly recommend it,got 4 bars of 4g everywhere, ive yet to be without a signal of some kind in my truck, at least intill i broke the antenna off... well get a new one soon.

New seats and brackets. You'll notice there's only 1. That's because even though i was told my driver seat was in stock and ready to ship when i placed the order, I received a phone call 2 weeks later saying my driver seat is on backorder and probably 12 weeks out.

And a new steering wheel, cause my fat a** broke the last one.
