We spent the day yesterday welding and adding braces. We also got the new drive shafts installed and front shocks mounted up. It's a crawling little beast! :sunot: It's almost ready for a shake down run.

We cut one door down yesterday to make half doors. We have another 30-45 minutes before it will be done.

We were really happy with the way the Zuk performed! The only issue we had was carb issues and we are resolving that soon.

We just ordered a My Side 2 kit and the new 44mm Harley Carb from ZOR. It's going to make it have a lot more power not only on the trail but also going down the highway. I will actually be able to go past 42MPH  :sunot:  Dad says when I learn how to wheel better and can handle my rig we are going to put a turbo on it! :smokin:

We still have been drilling the main jet and playing with the timing on the new Harley set up and think we are at the sweet spot.
Pat hooked Rickie up with the beadlocks he got with the 42's. So we got them mounted up lastnight. Not only do they look sweet but also run smooth down the road!

We have taken this out a few times and it works pretty sweet. We need to ditch the Super Swampers as they are too stiff and won't flex even at 3 PSI. We got the spare wheel fixed and had to loose the rear hatch door to get it to fit into the tire carrier as the off set and width wouldn't let it close all the way. I think the next things we want to do is mount a thumb throttle on the shifter to help on inclines where brake and clutch are needed at the same time. We have been thinking about a brake line lock as well.

All though the super swampers look cool. We  need to go radials will not look as cool as the super swampers but it's a guarantee that they would work better and not be so stiff.
