Just picked up a set of axels for my 85 k5. D60 for the front and a 14b both 456 gear. I already had a 14b but it only had 373 so for the price I got the set. Just waiting on rear leaf springs from rough country to show up and then its cut cut weld weld to change the pinion angle and what not.

Trail/camping/hunting/daily driver/don't get crazy in traffic because ill put a tire on your car rig. Ill wheel it just as long as I can keep the body in good shape so I figure trim the fenders and add some sliders. Ill have fun without the fear of breaking another axle.

Looks good! Barnes 4wd has a 14bolt install kit for like $130 shipped. Comes with perches, ubolts, plates, and shock tabs. Pretty good deal if you need all that. They also have a 60 install kit.

Sweet I looked it up. Not a bad price they also have the rear disk conversion kit for a fraction of the price I was gonna order it from ORD  but this kit will do.

Ok people today I got 2" lift rear leaf springs so I can get my 6" when I install my 4" shackle flip from ORD (still waiting for that)  I'm going to remove the 56" rear leafs and go back to 52" because I don't want to move the shackle mount back, this way I can keep my receiver hitch.

Im not sure what side is front or back so any feed back will help so I don't put em in wrong.

Before.

After.
All I need left are little things like new shocks. Quick disconnect for the sway bar and new bump stops.
Now to get started on the rear. Stay tuned.
